The Frosted Eisel is a gluten free bakery designed to be safe for people with Celiac Disease. The Bakery has a theme relating to Art History, if gluten was removed. 'Eisel' was chosen instead of 'Easel' to hint towards the art history and how it was spelled before the modern spelling. There is a menu with permanent items and rotating items. There are a mix of AI generated images, found images that were edited, and hand drawn elements.
